Vinification: After a soft maceration and fermentation in french oak tank follow a maturation in French oak barrels for 4/6 months; the process to complete with aging in bottles for 6 months.
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues;
Bouquet: rich, complex with hints of candied orange, prune, soft fruit jam and spices;
Taste: full, warm and sweet but not sickeningly.
Food pairings: It pairs pastries, biscuits and almond paste if served at room temperature. Perfect even served cool as well as with chocolate chilled cakes or crème caramel.
