Vinification: Maceration is in oak vats, with maturation in French oak barrels for 22/24 months and further aging in bottles for 6 months.
Tasting notes
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues;
Bouquet: fruity with hints of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and elegant aromas of spices with pleasant vanilla and chocolate overtones;
Taste: dry, full, harmonious, lingering, the balanced tannin content confirms the rich elegant bouquet.
Food pairings: Ideal for dishes with meat sauces, cheese and cold cuts.
Serving temperature: about 16°- 18° C
