Wine making process starts with pellicular maceration of grapes, for few hours at low temperature. At the end free-run must is extracted. After static decantation alcoholic fermentation takes piace in stainless steel tanks at 16° – 18° C.
Colour: Subtle Pink;
Bouquet: Intense fruity with strawberry and wild red berries nuances with an interesting balsamic note.
Taste: Fresh, acidic and sapid with a good minerality.
Seving tips: To be served at 10°- 12° C
