Vinification: After a soft maceration and fermentation in French oak tanks, follows a
maturation in Frech oak barriques for 6 months.
The process is completed with bottle aging for 6 months.
Tasting note
Color: Ruby red with garnet hues.
Bouquet: Full and powerful with notes of candied orange peel, tangerine, plum, pepper, cinnamon and floral flavors.
Taste: Tannic, elegant, warm and pervasive.
Food pairings: It has a strong tannin to pair with meat dishes or full and complex first dishes.
Service temperatureo: about 16°- 18°C
