Vinification: Soft maceration in stainless steel tank follow a long maceration 50% in French oak barrel and 50% in stainless steel tank for 12 months. The process complete with aging in bottles for 6 month.
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues;
Bouquet: ruity with hints of blackberry, cherry and plum, with spicy notes of cinnamon and coffee;
Taste: dry, soft and lingering round and harmonious tannins.
Food pairings: Its strong tannins make it suitable to accompany meat dishes or full flavoured and elaborate first courses.
Serving temperature: about 16°- 18°C
